### UPDATE: TUESDAY, Sept. 10 ###

So we finished up another successful Summer Rugby program.

Lots of new kids got to learn about Rugby and had to much Fun doing it.

SUMMER 2024 INFO AND SCHEDULE:
WHERE: NORWOOD AVE. ELEMENTARY, NORTHPORT
WHAT: K-12TH, Boys and Girls, FLAG /TOUCH RUGBY
WHEN: WEDNESDAY EVENINGS 6:30 - 8:00PM
DATES LEFT:   0
COST:  FREE, other than USA Rugby annual membership.
      
As always, parents are encouraged to participate in practices.
           ( Quality time with your kids )
Opened up program to older kids this year for those considering playing in college and want to get a head start.
Typical session: 1) Active warm up. 2) Basic Skills Drills. 3) Basic Playing tactics. 4) Lots of Playing Time with occasional Skills and Tactics Refreshers, as needed.

If you are unsure about Rugby, just show up and we will get you sorted.

You will need to join USA Rugby in order to participate in our Summer program.

Rookie and Flag Rugby Membership is determined by the players age.

Be sure to select Long Island Youth Rugby as your Club you are registering with.

Players  who are 12 years old and below or those without email addresses would  need one of their parents/guardians to create an account in RX. Once  done, they can create and link the player's account following the steps  here: https://help.xplorer.rugby/s/article/Linking-accounts. Linking an account allows multiple players using a single email address.
 

Be sure to register to Long Island Youth Rugby

Depending on age, register as Rookie Rugby or Flag Rugby player
